Resort change and mickey mail

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find it.

We changed resorts a few weeks ago (CBR to POR). We had already received out first mickey mail for CBR. We got our second for POR in. Since my conf # didn't change and it's listed on all the coupons, the first set of coupons is worthless, right?

That's funny because I also changed resorts from CBR to POR a few weeks ago. I was actually searching this thread with almost the same question. I was also wondering about the yellow luggage tags because I didn't receive new ones with POR on them. But that is a good question.

I got new luggage tags. We are driving and not using the ME so that might make a difference in new tags? Maybe someone has some experience.

I was really looking forward to CBR, but almost everything I read on here was negative. That got me nervous. DH wasn't crazy about the full size beds, and CBR wasn't a test resort. All that added up to a move for us.

I wanted to stay at CBR for awhile and was so excited when I booked it. I just knew my son would LOVE the pirate ship splash pad but my husband was very worried with the negative comments he kept reading on trip advisor. But the real deal breaker for me was the double beds and it not being a test resort also. I'm really looking forward to the magic bands. I really think it will make the trip so much more easier not trying to fumble around looking for the KTTW cards while trying to keep an eye on my son whose super excited trying to run away to look at something else. Little things like a magic band makes life a lot easier lol

Same boat. Beds. pirates. magic bands. bad reviews.

We switched without giving it too mich thought. Now I'm wondering how many have done this and how crowded POR is gonna be? Oh we'll, I'm sure it will be great regardless. It is disney
