Resort Cancel Question

Am on hold for member services. Recording is stating if I cancel my reservations online (Sept 2020 and Dec 2020) that current 2020 and borrowed points 2021 will be placed back automatically into my account? Is this correct? Right now the hold time is 55mins TIA

Yes. Just keep in mind that it could change at any time, so if you plan to cancel, better do it sooner rather than later.

I was able to get through member services. Points were put into 2021 except for 8 points (2019).

We just canceled two reservations on borrowed points for Aug 2020 online. Still in 2019, but MS chat said 14 days will be swept back into 2020.

All my points were put back while on the phone with MS. I wonder why yours is taking longer.
