Resort Buses start time

We are planning on staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge in the fall. My last trip was at Poly so I’m a little nervous about transportation for this trip. We like to arrive about 45 minutes prior to the parks opening. Is it true the Disney Transportation buses at the resorts start running at 6:30am everyday? I know at Poly for early morning ADR’s busing was available before 7am and was wondering if this was the case at AK as well. Any advice would be much appreciated.
