It is my understanding that the RAC desks close at 1pm. How late a flight can you have and still be able to use RAC?

You need to have your bags at the desk at least 3 hours prior to your flight. We always take a 6:30 p.m. flight and leave our bags at the RAC desk around 8:30 a.m. before going to a park for the day. You can leave them in the morning and they will be taken care of and taken to the airport even if your flight is at night.

Your flight can be any time that day, as long as it's at least 3 hours after you complete your RAC check-in.

They used to say the flight had to be between 3 and 12 hours after your RAC check-in, but now the published rules no longer prevent guests from checking in more than 12 hours ahead of time, as long as the flight is that day.

How does Resort Airline Check-In Service work?

Simply visit the Resort Airline Check–In desk no less than 3 hours prior to departure time during operating hours (5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily). For families traveling together, a parent or guardian may check in for his or her spouse and minor children. A valid government-issued photo ID and Key to the World Card (your hotel room key) are required to participate.
