I have stayed at several Disney hotels and still can't decide:
I have it narrowed down to the following:

Value: POP or AS-movies

I have stayed at POP and liked it. I liked that it was newer but it was busy and a little noisy.
I have never stayed at movies-is it worn down since it is older??
These of course are if we want to save money, so which of these if I need to go value??

Moderate: Coronado or CBR- I haven't stayed at either. Coronado is newer, but which is nicer and neater...

or Swan or Dolphin.

I can actually get the Swan or Dolphin for less than the moderates...but are they Disney enough? Are they nice? Worn down? Remodeled recently?

This is for Dec. 22nd-Dec. 28th. so it will very busy...

Please help....

I have stayed at both ASMo and PC. I prefer Pop. The theming at both are great, I don't know how "old" ASMo is now, we visited there about 2 years ago and it was fine. One thing I noticed at ASMo is that the buses fill up at the other 2 AS resorts before they arrive at ASMo. So if it is busy (we went in October) there is a chance that the bus that would normally stop for you will be too full to fit you in. I don't know how many times this could happen on a busy morning, but I would be pretty ticked off if I had to keep standing in line. PC has their own busses. ( OK is it "buses or busses"?) Another small difference that I never noticed until someone else pointed it out to me is that AS resorts use shampoo and soap dispensers, so if you want your little souvenir soaps and shampoos, better go to PC.

My kids loved the "Toy Story" theming out our front door, and the squirting fountains near the "Love Bug" building. They also loved the PlayDoh and Big Wheel. and the kiddie pool with floutains at PC. We also walked around to all of the AS resorts, to see all the theming and pools. That was cool. I have also read on these boards that PC is larger and can be very noisy when busy. I would imagine that would be true at AS resorts, too. We usually go off season, so that doesn't affect us. But we still prefer PC.

I don't know if this helped you. The big thing for me would be the busses. I think both resorts are equally "fun", and really you can't make a bad choice...

Have a great time!!
