Resort Advice requested

We are staying at the Beach Club Villas for five nights at the end of March to first week of April, 2008, and we will be "bookending" three-four nights around those (one or two on the front and two on the end). My question is where to stay around the BCV. The last time we went in July 2004 and did this we stayed one night before and two nights after at the POFQ and had a good time. I would like to do something a little different this time. I have a 14 year old son who wants to bike and go to DQ at DTD during our stay so POFQ may still be our best choice although I would like to try a monorail resort (probably the CR) as I have never stayed in one. Advice?

I considered that but my son wanted to go to BCV as he loves stormalong bay and my wife and I love walking to Epcot. A DVC resort is really not an option on either end as the points we would be required to rent to stay on a Friday-Saturday are so high compared to a Sun-Thursday. (BTW, we always rent points for a Sun-Thurs stay at a DVC resort and that is a real bargain way to stay at a Deluxe resort).

well OKW and SSR are both closer to DD, Disney Quest than PO.

so sounds like POFQ or POR will be it.

POR or FQ would be your best bet then.
