Are the resorts still having bonfires on the beach this month? Do they sell marshmallows for roasting?
Or Chip and Dales out at the campgrounds?

Depends on the resort.

Do they sell marshmallows for roasting?

If there's a bonfire at the resort the marshmallow's are free. If you want s'mores you will have to bring the Hershey bars and Graham Crackers yourself. But those are both available in the resort gift shops.

Or Chip and Dales out at the campgrounds?

Yes Chip And Dale's Campfire is at the Fort Wilderness Campgrounds.
