resizing a pic?

Whats the easiest way to resize a pic I'm trying to attach? I don't have any programs on this computer (it crashed & I haven't added them back yet) so I'm looking for some way to do it.

You can resize it using *Paint* that come with window OS, or just resize it on some image hosting site

Open the Document with paint - click (I think it's edit) and do the stretch option.

Make both the height and width maybe 50%, then save as your original was (assuming probably jpg)

I resize my pics at photobucket.

Once your pic is uploaded, just click on EDIT and you can resize your picture. I find the precentage graph to resize better than the pre-chosen sizes. Like, I may only want the picture reduced to 65%.

In Paint click - Image - Attributes, you can resize in pixels or inches.
