Hi,

We are stopping here in June and was wondering how often the free transport to the parks is? Also does anyone know how late the Lynx bus service runs until?

Don't know about the free transport but you won't need it - there's a Lynx bus stop right outside and a 7-day unlimited pass is only $16 (you'd spend more than that on tipping the hotel shuttle driver). From experience, though, there's usually a couple of morning runs, and a couple of late afternoon/early evening ones. We prefer the buses for our own convenience.

The 50 to Disney runs from about 5am until midnight. Schedule here.
The 8 up International Drive runs from about 5am until 2am. Schedule here.

Am I right in thinking the buses run to the Disney ticket centre, then there is transport from there to the other parks/waterparks etc?

They run through Disney but the main stops are at Downtown Disney or at the Transportation and Ticketing Centre, so you can decide which one to get off at to minimise your transfer time to the parks/waterparks.
