Residence Inn Seaworld

Anyone been to this hotel before. Travelling from UK and interested to know how far a drive from Disney/Universal. Is the I4 easily accessable from the hotel ?

Have stayed at this hotel nice best if you are seeing Sea World just a short walk. Drive to Disney about 6 miles. Universal maybe 12 miles each way.

very nice property. Good buffet breakfast in the AM. Very close to Seaworld. Large rooms. High quality beds. Nice pool area with zero entrance area--great for kids. Game room/arcade for kids, small playground. We are picky and liked this place a lot. A very good Marriott property.

Thanks for replies. How easy is it to join the I4 from the hotel ?

We stayed last June and it's practically on the ramp of the I4 - really central, great hotel, b/fast, pool, clean etc.

I live up the block from the Residence Inn. I-4 westbound is 30 seconds to 2 minutes away, depending on the traffic light. The first WDW exit is two exits away, coming back is a breeze. You can be "on-property" in 5 to 10 minutes, with the parks a bit of a drive from there.

About 5 minutes to get to the eastbound I-4 on-ramp (the closest access ramp is westbound only, one of Florida's little quirks). But don't bother with I-4 to get to Universal; take a left on Central Florida Parkway (by the I-4 on-ramp), then a right onto Turkey Lake Road. You'll be there in 10 minutes.
