Residence Inn Lake Buena Vista

Has anyone stayed there recently? I'm interested in what others' experiences were.

We stayed at the Residence Inn Lake Buena Vista last November. We stayed one night, then moved to the BWV, then back to the RI for our last night in Florida. We got a great Government Rate. We enjoyed our stay. The place looks really new and very clean. We had a 1 BR with 2 queen beds. It was nice to have 2 separate rooms. The beds were VERY comfortable. It was also very quiet. The only downfall to the room design is that the bathroom is off the bedroom - so if someone stays up late & needs to use the facilities, they have to go thru the bedroom to get to the bathroom. We also had a kitchen with a large fridge.

The free breakfast buffett was nice. It's quite large and has a good variety. I liked that they had oatmeal with toppings. DS enjoyed the Mickey waffles.

The pool area is a bit small - but it looked nice & clean. Lots of towels to use. We didn't go swimming while we were there. The pool area is right beside the breakfast area so we took at look at it.

We are staying at the RI in LBV in a family suite from April 30 - May 6th. I'll make sure I post a review for you when we get back. It is also our first trip to Disney. The reviews are fantasic on all the travel websites. I've checked them all out.

I'll take pictures too. We plan on spending some time in the pool while we are there. I'm really excited!

Are you going to Disney the whole time?

Thanks rteezgirl! We're sailing on the Wonder May 27 then going to WDW after getting off the ship May 31. So we'll only have 3 days in the World before we have to head home. I hope y'all have a great time on your trip!
