I need some suggestions on what to do here.
I had a reservation at OKW from 12/21 to 12/25. I called to waitlist to the two bedroom since I now have 4 people.
On 10/24 Disney called me and said the 2 Bedroom was available so I called them on Monday and took the 2 bedroom. This seemed to be very confusing to the girl because I have two different contracts, but I thought we had everything right.
Yesterday I get home and I now have two reservations, one for 12/21 to 12/24 in a two bedroom and one for 12/24 to 12/25 in a one bedroom!!! I called this morning and did not get the brightest person. According to her I am in a dedicated two bedroom and all she can do is waitlist me for 12/24 in the two bedroom, otherwise I have to move.
I am thinking of bringing the orignial confirmation in to my office and faxing the whole mess to member services explaining that I never gave permission for the reservation to be split this way. I am pretty sure that the two bedroom was available for the entire stay when I called but the CM who "split" it did not do things right.
I could handle being in the one bedroom for 12/24 IF they would give me a lock off and just let me vacate the second bedroom (we will be down to two people that night). I told the CM this morning that, but she said she could not give me a lock off.
Suggestions???? Am I being unreasonable???? The more I think about this the madder I get and I DON'T want to move. To make things worse the points are all borrowed so I don't think they will let me go back to a one bedroom without hitting that holding period junke!
UPDATE!!! I never actually spoke to a Supervisor. I got a very nice CM (Isabel I think) who promised to have a supervisor call me. Well Isabel called back and said that I had a room on 12/24 so she thought everything was OK. We went thru the whole thing again, Isabel put me on hold, went to her supervisor and GUESS WHAT? they found me the two bedroom for the night of 12/24. YEAH!!!!
