The e-mail form for a reservation request is on the member website. The e-mail address is not listed because you just complete the form and then send it from within the member website. Perhaps someone else here has a direct e-mail for requesting a reservation. Sorry I can't be of any more help. Good luck!

Member Services e-mail is: members@disneyvacationclub.com

You to include your name, address, telephone number, Member Number, the name of the Resort where you'd like to stay, preferred dates and accommodations (include alternates), and the number of Vacation Points you're using. You will receive a response to your request within three business days.

Member Services has a toll free number which can also be called free of charge from abroad. Just look up your local AT&T access number (www.att.com), then dial that number first, followed by the MS 1-800 number.

Another option I like is to use Skype, which allows to call US 1-800 numbers free of charge from anywhere in the world.

MS is open 7 days a week (except major US holidays) from 9 am - 5:30 pm Eastern.

Unless you are trying to get something very popular and are calling on the first day of your 11 month or 7 month window, there is no need to call right at 9 am. In fact, you will spend less time on hold if you call mid-week, and mid to late afternoon.
