Our party will consist of 5 adults and a four month old when we head down to WDW this spring. When I make our dining reservations should I make them for 5 or include the baby and make them for 6? Seems silly to make them for 6 but I suppose there might be some logic for it.

Yes, you include the baby. It's every person sitting at the table regardless of age or whether or not they are dining.

It's in part the need for the right size table as even a high chair takes up space and also in part fire codes.

Yes, include your baby! The logic = the fire code, which allows only a certain number of human beings in a space, even if one of them is very small.

Thank you Dis703 and Cinder! Those reasons make perfect sense to me. I'll now proceed as required. On to Disney dining!!

remember you will now have tip added at sit downs and finding an infant high chair at only a few spots. we only found sling highchair at Hollywood and Vine and an infant chair at Chef Mickeys. ended upholding and passing around our granddaughter last trip. yes you will have to make ressies for 6
