reservations that overlap pin periods

if the monster pin is dec 12-18... can I use it starting dec 11 and just pay full rate the first day? the CM i'm chatting with online says I'd need a separate reservation for that first night, and I'd need to get two sets of tickets.

We were in a similar situation. We wanted to check out the morning after our pin code. My wonderful TA checked and was able to book the full week for us rather than the 6 days.

I was also in a similar situation.

I go the Saturday after Thanksgiving to POR. I did a room only ressie for the 27th at rack rate; then a six night package. I still saved $525.00.

I didn't purchase a ticket for the first day; I had a ticket last year that didn't get used for a few days, because I was sick, so I am going to use that for the first day if I can or just hang around the resort.
