Would the following example be possible?

11 months out: Book 5 nights in a 2-br at resort A using resort A's points

7 months out: Book 2 nights in a 2-br at resort A using resort B's points with an arrive date equal to the check out date of the above vacation.

Link the two reservations together to avoid moving.

This is assuming that one gets the ressie at 7 months out, of course.
