Reservations disappeared from dashboard

As with others on the thread, I saw similar weirdness with waitlist processing but I don't think it took this long to resolve. I would call MS as soon as you can. Wish they weren't having the staffing shortage at MS

I got thru to MS after about 45 minutes on hold. The CM could still see my reservations and, sadly, the wait lists are still active not in the process of being filled. She checked further and said that it is a known display issue that appears to affect members with more than one membership (I have 4 different UYs). They have received a number of calls about this and are "working their magic" to fix the problem.

I just checked my dashboard, and ALL my reservations for next year disappeared, as well our reservations for next month. None had waitlists.
The points weren't put back, so i hope it's just a very temporary glitch

So now 2 out of 4 2022 reservations reappeared, but almost all reservations for 2021 (about 8) have evaporated

ETA: & now I have about half my 2021 reservations back, but all the 2022 disappeared again. I love Disney IT

We're 13 days out. It would be nice to have a room to sleep in for our 2 weeks lol
I just chatted with MS, & they have no idea when it'll be fixed.
(thankfully, the reservations are still showing in MDE).

Mine just alternates....it'll show all the reservations under one Membership (Direct) for a while, then flip to only the reservations under a different Membership (Direct), then flip to just reservations with my two Resale Memberships. It's a bit frustrating because I have to try to catch the correct Membership being displayed in order to do any modifications online.
Btw, I asked on chat yesterday if they have an anticipated resolution timeframe, and after the initial "Great Question!!" response (???!!! ), was told to just keep checking.

I have 4 memberships and only one is affected. The other memberships and their reservations are okay. It's just one. And of course, it hasn't been fixed yet.

I had the same thing happen with one of my memberships (I have three) and did Chat just now on the website. Two booked vacations had disappeared. The response was that this is a known problem with some members and they are working on it. I asked when they would likely have it fixed and he said they did not have an estimated time frame.

this exact thing is happening to me. Very frustrating b/c I needed to cancel some reservations today that are 31 days out -- which means I had to keep trying until the correct reservation populated on the screen.

Not to mention the initial panic I suffered when I thought I had accidently cancelled part of my upcoming stay.

I hope they fix it soon - my 7 month is coming up soon and I need to modify a reservation that won’t display - and I too have multiple UYs...

This again, the magical disappearing reservation, One of these was the final straw in deciding to sell our DVC. It was marathon weekend 2018 i had reserved a GV for us and some friends who were also running. Arrive to the hotel no reservation, of course I had printed out everything, Sorry we cant accommodate you the GV has been rented and we have no accommodations for you i hope you bought trip insurance. No one could tell me how my reservation magically was dropped from system, plus the points were not returned to my account and MS said they can see that I had a reservation but its gone and there is no status to tell us why reservation is gone. Have a Magical Day....

so because of being Marriot elite used an unreasonable number of marriot points and 2500 bucks got us a Marriott GV.

what I think happened was some VIP or Whale came in and wanted a GV, So Disney searched and found mine rented for points, Somehow deleted the reservation (probably with IT assistance) and resold it for cash. Since it was the RunDisney 25th anniversary the room i was in was renting for 20k for the weekend, what do you think Disney was happier with a satisfied DVC customer (we have their money they have to come back) or the 17,000 dollar increase over my approximately 3,000 dollar DVC MF’s
People wonder why I’m jaded towards Disney well it’s was the repeated instances of stuff like this which ended up with me selling our DVC because if prime reservations are gonna become an auction at checkin. I’ve got no use for DVC any longer

The real elephant in the room is DVC being a Florida timeshare is supposed to be run solely for the benefit of the DVC members, and not even a little bit for the benefit of Disney. From 2015 on it felt like DVC was being run solely for Disney’s benefit the members and their opinions no longer matter to Disney other than a source of cash to build more hotels.

YIKES - but on the plus side - MS can still see the reservations and MDE is still showing them - but it really is odd, first time I go into My Dashboard, I see my reservation from my Dec UY only, refresh and that one disappears and it’s just my April and Oct UY reservations that are displayed - and of course, I need my June UY reservation to modify - and those have yet to show up

keep on them, These issues have a way of becoming permanent especially if reservation falls in a prime CASH rental season, If that vacation is important to you ie special event or anniversary i’d start working on a ‘plan b’ for accommodations. I had a GV reservation vanish never to be seen again

They’re back! All my reservations are showing now - they’re sorted in UY and then date order rather than just by date alone - but at least now they’re all there...and hopefully they’ll stay there for at least 2 more days so I can modify one to the resort and date I really want at the 7month mark..

I just checked and all of mine have returned, too. Same curious way of listing the reservations by membership/UY. Very odd but glad to have them back.
