Reservations disappeared from dashboard

I logged on this morning and two 1-night reservations and their corresponding waitlists have disappeared from my dashboard. I'm hopeful that this just means that MS is in the process of filling the waitlist because the points have not been returned to my account and there was no reason such as over-borrowing or non-payment of dues to trigger a cancelation. MDE still shows the original reservation intact but as we all know, it can take a day for MDE to update after a change has been made.

Has anyone seen this happen before?
 
While that's not happened to me (haven't had a waitlist filled before) I have read where that has happened to people before because the waitlist was being processed.
 
I’ve had oodles of IT weirdness with DVC. Reservations disappear, but reappear within hours or a day... If things work, I take a screenshot and record the reservation number. If it’s still missing a week before I travel, I call to confirm. (I wait on hold for 45 minutes while I do other things.)
The system is great in many ways but so so bad in others.

Yes. And about 10 minutes later after I logged off and back on the new one was there!

I must have hit the exact time CM was processing.
 
Have you tried clearing cookies? Using an incognito window? Fingers crossed this shows up soon WITH the waitlist confirmation!
I wish I could say that helped but the reservations and waitlists are still missing. {{Sigh}}

I'm going to give it a day and then call MS if it is still messed up tomorrow.
 
Hoping all goes well. Two days ago I added on 60 VGF points. Suddenly I now have Grand Californian as an additional home resort even though the points show up as Grand Floridian in my dashboard. I am having my guide straighten it out. I told him i am not waiting on hold for hours to get this resolved.
 
Chat has not been available for 2 days now. I dont know how long they are open for chat.
Chat is available same hours as the phone staff. If they are all busy then you will see unavailable. If you let the page sit for 10 to 15 minutes the bubble will usually switch over to "chat" and you can start a chat.

That's been my experience with chat as well...haven't waited more than 10-15 minutes to see the feature pop up and i've used them 3 times in the last 2 months. I actually just logged in right now and the chat feature was available to be used right away.
 
Agree with prior posters. It usually isn’t available initially for me but becomes available in 10-20 minutes if I check from time to time.
 
Chat worked very well for me last evening. Keep looking to see if it’s available!
 
This is only happened to me while I was on the phone with MS and they were combining reservations. I was in my account and noticed reservations disappear but they re-emerged as one shortly. If it has been a while, I suspect there is something wrong. I would definitely contact MS.
 
I would cheer if they are bringing back visibility of the waitlist disappearing once it had matched.

I just checked my dashboard, and ALL my reservations for next year disappeared, as well our reservations for next month. None had waitlists.
The points weren't put back, so i hope it's just a very temporary glitch
