Reservations at wdw.com VS CRO

Has anyone placed ressies at WDW.com?
Do you have to pay for the complete reservation on line or just deposit?
Any problems with your ressies?
I usually call CRO but it seems like it would be just as easy to use the web site.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

One night's deposit is charged to your card immediately, then the rest is due at check-in, 5-day cancellation.

If you are reserving under one of their discount links, then one night deposit is charged immediately, the rest is due at check-in, 45 day cancellation.

These are all room-only.

Any packages involve $200 deposit, remainder due 45 days out, with 45-day cancellation.
