Reservations at Crystal Palace

Can anyone suggest how to get reservations for lunch at the Crystal Palace? On our last DW trip, we tried to make reservations at the door, without success. Is there a telephone number available to call and make reservations days in advance???

We usually make all of ours 90 days in advance, we are always happy we do. The last lunch we had at Crystal Palace, walk-ins were not able to get tables.
