Reservations at BCV or VWL in 7 month window

Hi, I am new to the boards and my dh and I are seriously considering buying DVC. We have stayed at the BCV twice and loved it. I would like to make BVC or VWL our home, but I don't want to pay the price. I need a 2 bedroom because we have 4 kids under 9. How hard is it to get reservations at BCV or VWL in the 7 month window excluding Christmas and Easter. Any opinoins and other options will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Colleen

2 bdrm at VWL/BCV/BWL at 7 month mark is very doable even during Christmas and Easter if you plan early. Studio are usually first to go, then 2 bdrms followed by 1 bdrms.
The trick here is to plan your trip as early as possible and stick with it. If not, you can always waitlist and have a backup ressie at OKW or SSR

Not sure what you mean by "pay the price" They are not that much more expensive then anyplace else and if you can find a good resale VWL or BCV might be cheaper then SSR.

I just got 8 nights in a studio at VWL for Aug 28-Sept. 5. We just bought into DVC and figured we'd try. It worked out. SSR is our home resort but w/ DD beign 16 months-we wanted to be closer to MK.
