At the low end of your dates, 5 nights in a Studio at OKW would be 55 points. At $10 a point, that would be $550.
You dates are less than a month out - so I would require payment in full (through paypal) before I make the ressie (I'd be in my 30 cancelation window, and that can really mess up my points if I had to cancel).
I can call, get availability, and then call immediately after you send the money and get you the confirmation code. If we do this by phone, it could take as little as 30 minutes total.
There is some risk on your part, I understand, but I've rented numerous times with no problems at all.
