we have a res for the 2nd thru the 9th at BCV for a 2br. looking to rent for $11 a point. it might could be modified to your dates, not sure about availability for the 1st, though. pm me if interested.

I contacted DVC today to see if I could move my week ahead 1 day for an Aug. 1 arrival, but nothing is available for that week anywhere at WDW right now.

They said it would probably be easier to get a room at Port Orleans or another WDW resort for that first night and then have your bags moved over the next day?
