BLT preferred view: After September 11
AKV savanna view: After September 25 going into October
SSR regular location: After September 11
SSR preferred location: After September 11
VGF theme park view: After September 11
OKW location: After September 11
Poly preferred view: After September 11

That’s all that is available across all of the resorts. If any of these options interest you, please let me know. I can book AKV and SSR for sure, and I probably have enough points for BLT and VGF more. We are just around the 7 month window, at which point I could book any of the available options.

I have not been active on the Disboards in some time, but in the past I have successfully concluded many DVC points rental transactions. I have a number of September 2025 Use Year points available for rent or transfer (although I would prefer to transfer all or a substantial of the points given the restrictions on points transfers). These points fall across a number of resorts:

BWV: 335 points
SSR: 129 points
AKV: 440 points
BLT: 150 points
VCF: 175 points

I am happy to work with renters to reserve dates and resorts that they prefer; I have a long history of providing assistance to renters with respect to their reservations. I have a simple rental contract that I use. I accept PayPal or Venmo, with the renter responsible for any PayPal or Venmo fees incurred. Once I secure a reservation per a renter's request, I will forward all reservation information, and will change the name on the reservation once payment is received.
