Reservation Wanted : 9/17 - 9/21

Hello,
I have used the Disboards DVC rent and trade board twice previously and have had great experiences!
I am looking to plan a special trip in september for my guy who has never been to WDW. I grew up in Florida so I have been going to WDW and staying at the resorts since I was born. I have not been back since 2006 but I am hopeful the magic is still there at the resorts. I am not sure what resort would be the best choice for someone who has never had the disney experience.. but there birthday is sept 19 so I am looking for a reservation around that time. I was thinking 9/17 through 9/21. 4 nights 5 days.
I AM VERY FLEXIBLE and friendly and can dig up old dis references if needed.
I appreciate any ideas and help.
just need a small studio since its just 2 of us.
Hoping it is hot so we can go to typhoon lagoon..
