Looking to rent points for July 15 - 22nd for (4) adults and (3) kids. Do any of the villas accomodate family this size?

I think you would need a two bed villa(8), 2 studios(4), or a studio(4) and one bed villa(4), or for ultimate luxury, a three bed grand villa(12).

Yes the grand villas sleep to 12 people. Might be hard to get short notice. Two bed room sleeps 8. call i have points for both if available. mike 1-800-437-2907
