reservation times via napoli

I just tried to book Via Napoli for either October or December on many different dates. The only times available on every date are 4:30 or 5:45. What's with that? We like to eat between 5 and 5:30. With three small children 6, 1, 1, our window is very tight. Anyone else have this experience?

That is odd. But in your case, pick the 4:30 slot. By the time you are seated, have ordered, and your food is at your table, it should be pretty close to 5.

I called and was requesting some times and dates and she said they are all full. But then when I went online to search - I found some times - and very close to what I was wanting!!

I just booked Oct 3 at 4:30. Still not sure, but I want to try the place. We'll see.

Did you realize that Even having an ADR does not ever guarantee that you are immediately seated and served. You should typically show up 15 minutes before the ADR, and then be seated shortly there after....usually within that 15 minutes...but at popular places, sometimes a little longer unfortunately ............They sit Hundreds every day , so if you "have to" eat at a very particular time you may be best served eating counter service instead. I hope you get what you you want/expect.....some Pixie Dust your way

We were online at 6am and were able to get the lunch time (12:45)we wanted for November 11th Can't wait to try Via Napoli!

Wow. I wonder if they are already getting sold out. So far, the reviews have been great...so I guess its possible.

it could be that they are not loading all available time slots at once. Seems like this has happened in the past...trying to remember the circumstances I read. But people were getting very limited choices for a week or two, and then all the sudden there was availability all over the clock. So could be the same will happen with Via Napoli...I seriously doubt that it would be fully booked, since the vast majority of people do not haunt the Disboards the way we do, and do not research their trips...I would guess there's a heck of a lot of people that do not even know there is a new restaurant in Italy/Epcot.
