No, the Recovery20 offer expires end of 2020. You cannot use the discount for any dates in 2021.

I don't know yet. When I called this morning the system was down. But Guest Services told me there is an exp. on that code. He didn't tell me when. However, yesterday the CM told me it was end of 2020, so waiting for the system to come back up to find out! Will update once I am rebooked!

Thanks for the update! I was trying to get through on the phone to modify my recovery package to 2021, but now that I know it's not possible to keep the offer I'll just try to make a new reservation online and call later in the week to cancel my 2020 trip.

I just booked a RO and had the issue with the resort showing no availability at first. This is what helped me: once you put in your dates, if each room type says to "Check availability" again due to nothing available for your dates/party size/room type, click that button, and then once it reloads it should show the prices to book.

Same here, and I was able to quickly and easily do my park reservations!

Nevermind...I see that these aren’t available yet. I booked an alternate moderate and hopeful to switch when they open. At least I scored my park days!

If I recall correctly the handful that don't have opening dates in 2020 aren't bookable for 2021 yet. It's probably easier on the back end to just have them shut off entirely rather than someone accidentally turn it on for 2020.

Yay! Congrats! Yeah, I heard yesterday that the only resorts listed to open as of now will show availability, which is true from your situation! I'm sure once POR/FQ is announced to reopen, you'd be able to modify (hopefully the online modification will be working, too!)

Just booked two rooms at Pop Century and 8 days of park reservations for January 2021 online. The experience was...shockingly easy. I didn't encounter any problems.

I'm also surprised the prices were as low as they were. I mean I know January is value season, but still.

Got through on #7866, after trying with three phones, since 8:00. Original reservation was this July AKL Jambo Value Studio. I modified it to next July, but had to switch to Beach Club, wood view. CM could not book AKL or WL.

I'm glad to have a reservation for next year...But... the prices are extremely high. The price for 7/21 (w/no dining plan) is higher than my original trip this summer (with the dining plan).
