Reservation Strategy...would you do this??

You can only make ressies for V&A chef's table EXACTLY 180 days in advance. We really want to go on a Thursday, the last night of our trip...but we can go a different night. Would you call and make it for when you can and keep calling and cancelling if you can get the Thursday??

I wouldn't suggest calling and trying to get a ressie each night. Once you get one, stick with that one until you can call for Thursday. Then if you can get the Thursday night ressie call, then cancel the other night, but calling and getting a ressie each night and canceling is a bit of overkill and there could be people out there who really want the chef's table that one night...
