I have received many different email confirmations from Disney, even a couple in the mail, as I am one of those "resort changers"! :lmao: The current email confirmation I have received lists the room I booked at $210.00 for the night, but in fact it is really a rate of $240. The total which includes the taxes, does reflect the $240 rate. I mentioned it one of the times I called the CRO to the CM and he said that the correct amount was in the total, so to disregard:mad:. I would love to be able to get a discount on the room, so I feel like I am being "teased" to have this lower rate on my reservation, yet it is not the rate I am being charged. Is it just me, or has anyone else had this happen to them. Were you successful in getting Disney to honor the rate? Thanks. I know it is only $30.00 a night, but I don't get why, with all the correspondence sent to me, this rate was never corrected.

The room is $210 per night. With taxes it is $240. I dont see a problem here

Wish that was the case. The total reflects $240 with $270 accounting for taxes. But, the room per night breakdown says $210.00. Any additional thoughts?

maybe the room costs a different price for certain nights. Are you at the cut off possibly and the 210 is just the average fee per night?

I'd call back and ask another CM as well as check the info on the disney website where you can look up your reservation and see what it says.

Is this at the Swan or Dolphin? I know they have parking fees and I believe resort fees as well.

Our reservtion is at CSR during the value season in one of the new Club rooms. It is the same price each night and we are within the value season during our entire stay. The rate I was told when I paid the deposit was $240 per night, but the reservation states $210. The total reflects the amount of $ 1350 ($240 + tax = $270 x 5) When I received the first confirmation I called to see if I was given a lower rate of $210, but was told the total was the correct amount and to disregard the $210 huh? When I access the Disney website, it says the same thing: $210 on the room night:confused: Anyone else have this happen to them?

:cloud9: I recently received another email confirmation showing a $210.00 room rate. I also noticed the wording in the disclaimer which says that the room rates are guaranteed unless the reservation is changed, so.... I called CRO and after speaking to one CM was transferred to Guest Services, where they determined it was their error and they are going to honor the $210 rate with tax = $236.25!! Woo hoo. So I got a 10% discount on the room. Disney didn't have to to that, but they did!!!:cloud9:

Hmmmm.....Maybe it has something to do with weekday/weekend? Great Disney gave you 10% off! :goodvibes
