Reservation requests question

Hi~

I received my confirmation in the mail on Friday and noted that my request for non-smoking room for medical reasons was listed but not my request for non-handicapped room. I called member services today and they said that my request was showing up in their system but it wouldn't show up on my confirmation. I am confused. Why would the non-smoking request appear but not the other request? My son is afraid of showers and that is one of the reasons I made this request.

Once again, I appreciate the wealth of knowledge on this board.

I think that the confirmation only has room to list 2 special requests. Is the non smoking request for medical reasons listed as 2 or 1 requests?
