Reservation question

Anyone know why we would have to call Disney to change a reservation? I'd like to change dates for our late 2021 reservation but I don't have the option to online.

In the past when we've had a bounce-back or PIN or other special offer that was definitely the case. I think too if the booking is at a DVC property (as a cash booking --- availability bookings opens at different dates.)

This is just a reservation at all star movies. I'll give them a call someday. Will probably be changing reservation to 2022 anyway
