although we go every 2 years, I don't remember the answer to this, so I need your help.

On the 180th day, can we make res for the whole week we are there, or do we have to make them day by day as they open up?

You can make them for every day of your reservation.

thank you so much - that's what I thought, but KtP had a new date each day and it confused me

If staying onsite you get 180+up to 10.
If offsite you have to do one day at a time.
