Reservation Question

Hi we had a group of 5 going with us we leave May 14. 3 of them are having family problems and aren't able to make the trip know. Can we just call and Cancel them 3 off or do we need to change the whole reservation and re-book the 2 that are still going? Anyone Help that would be grateful what to do really feeling stressed know. All our dining was for 7 people because we have 2 rooms but 5 was on the 1 reservation that is changing. So i would need re-book all of our dining as well for 4 or can we leave that at 7 and just show up and tell them we have 4 know.

What type(s) of reservation(s) are you referring to? Dining? Disney Resort?

The 1st one with the 5 people is a package and then yes dining as well we have 5 people on a package but 3 of them cant go and have to cancel what do we do with the other 2 do we got to cancel them and re-book

As long as you're not changing your dates I'd think WDW would let you just take the 3 who can't go off your reservations. Call and ask.

If you're down to 4 people traveling together, but in two rooms, your economics on the free dining just changed significantly. You might want to consider putting all 4 in one room if that's a possibility.

Just call resort reservations and ask to take the 3 off that one resort reservation. You might incur a $50 change fee if you booked a package because you're past your 45-day mark and if the price ends up being less than what you previously had, they usually charge you a $50 change fee. As for the dining reservations, you can call Disney Dining and reduce the number of your party to 4. I've done that many time (I.e booked an ADR for 8 people but ended up reducing the number to 4 people later on)
