Reservation Question

We will be arriving in WDW on a Thurs and staying through Wed. I am concerned that we will not be able to get any ADRs because we are not arriving at the beginning of the week. Will everything be booked up for Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun before we get a chance to make our ADRs or am I worried for nothing? I read the Mom's Panel regularly and hear many people saying that they couldn't get the reservations that they wanted and everything seems to be booked up. Should I worry?

Before you book, have a plan that allows you to move things around in case you need to change the days you are booking ADR's for.

I wouldn't suggest that early in the week is any worse. Not everyone starts and ends their vacations on the same days. I always travel mid week and have yet to have a problem.

Remember not to sweat the small stuff!

We are going Wed to Wed in Oct after free dining and I was able to get all the ADR's I wanted on the first try with the exception of LC which I got the next morning. We didn't have any problems - used the online system which worked great.

I don't really think there is a "standard" week vacation at Disney - people arrive all the time and leave all the time, staying for various lengths of time from 2 days to weeks! I don't think arriving mid-week will have any impact on your getting reservations.

We are going on a Thursday and leaving on a Tuesday during Free Dining and I was able to score Ohana, Chef Mickey's, Coral Reef, Whispering Canyon Cafe and Crystal Palace. Of course I did it right at the 90 day mark. I think if you call right at your 90 day mark, you should get some good places. Sending some pixie dust your way!!!!!!!
