Hi. I hope I posted this in the right place. We are staying at the BWV on rented points in November and then booked an extra night later through CRO at CSR for the last night of our stay. Now that we have our air schedule we need to cancel CSR and add a day on the front end of our vacation. We are thinking of splurging and doing the Poly since we have never stayed there. My question is when I call CRO to cancel the CSR ressie and I am able to secure a resort for the date I need can they just transfer the amount I've already paid over to the new reservation and pay any difference or will they cancel the CSR and credit my credit card and then need a seperate transaction for the new reservation. I hope this wasn't too confusing. I just like to be prepared when calling CRO.
