Reservation Question

We are renting from a DVC member for the first time and it will be our first time in the VWL and BCV. My question is when she makes our res. will they be able to tell her if we get a Villa with two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom not a queen and a sleeper sofa. We are all to old for that pull out bed. I going to need my rest for the parks.

Definitely for BCV because they are so limited, I think there are only 25 of the in the entire place. They go first, so if you have a reservation anytime soon, the odds are against you on that. Those need to be reserved at 11 months out.
