Hey Disney planning experts!

We are only staying at a Disney resort for 2 days out of our 5 day trip but have park tix for 4 days. My questions are as follows:

::MickeyMo1. Will we be able to reserve dining 180 days in advance for the length of trip or just on the days we are staying at the hotels?

::MickeyMo2. Will we be able to reserve fast pass+ 60 days in advance for all consecutive ticket days or just the ones that have a corresponding hotel reservation to match?

::MickeyMo3. Our party is 8 people, but only the 5 of us in my immediate party are staying on property. Can I reserve dining 180 in advance for them with us? What about fast pass + 60 days in advance if they are in our party, not our hotel??

Thank you! Tried to figure this out my own but needed to defer to the experts :earsboy:

2. You can book FP+ all in one booking, starting 60 days before the first day you are there, and continuing through your check-out day.

THEN, If there are more ticket days...
Another booking of one day, 60 days in advance of the day AFTER check out day.
THEN, another booking of one day, 60 days in advance of the day after THAT.
THEN, another booking of one day, 60 days in advance of the day after THAT.
(etc.)

3. Dining reservations can include non-resort guests.
Only guests staying at a WDW resort can book FP+ 60 days in advance.

Wait. Sorry I'm confused after the THEN part.

So if it's like Sept 25th and 26th I have the hotel. We'd be able to do tickets the 24th, 25th, 26th and it'd open 60 days from.. wait I'm sorry. I'm just confused. :(

I feel like I should be getting college credit spending this time thinking about a vacation. Disney 101...

You can book THREE DAYS of FP+ starting 60 days before Sept. 25. (for Sept. 25, 26, & 27, if check-out day is Sept. 27.)

If you still have MORE ticket days, you must wait until 60 days before Sept. 28 to book FP+ for Sept. 28.
If you still have MORE ticket days, you must wait until 60 days before Sept. 29 to book FP+ for Sept. 29.
If you still have MORE ticket days, you must wait until 60 days before Sept. 30 to book FP+ for Sept. 30.
Etc.

ok, thank you I understand now. So to clarify I still could book the 60 days out and not be made to reserve them at the 30 day mark like someone without hotel accommodations?
