One of our ADRs for our quickly-upcoming trip is missing from the Disney trip site. I have been trying to retrieve it for four days now, but I always get an error message. I called the reservation number and they confirmed that the reservation exists. They could not explain why I cannot retrieve it online. I asked them to send me an e-mail confirmation of the reservation, but they would not do so. (I booked the reservation by phone.)
They insist that the reservation number is all I need. That was my belief, but I have recently read on the boards of cases of people having valid reservation numbers but nonetheless the restaurant having no reservation on record, and only seating them when they presented a printed confirmation. It seems like the Disney reservations system is messed up. Should I be worried? Is there anything I can do? (I suppose that if there's a problem I could call the reservations people right then and there, at the restaurant, and have them confirm the reservation to the restaurant staff.)
