Reservation help for land/sea

I have a very lazy travel agent who has done nothing to get us the room we want or dinner reservations and our trip starts on May 6. When I call CRO, they tell me they can not deal with me directly only throught the agent. What can I do to get the room I want and ressies aat Palo?

You can only do Palo reservations once you board the ship.....

Palo ressies can only be pre booked if you are ini Cat 1-3. Otherwise you have to wait until you are on the ship

We are staying at the Polynesian and would like to request a room in Tahiti, but our travel agent has not yet faxed them a request. is there any other way?

Just keep calling your TA until you get the reservations you want. You do understand you can not book Palo' s until you are on board the ship right? But as for selecting your room at the resort, get on the horn and call. I'm pretty sure thay can not guarentee a special room but they can put in a request on your behaf. If you don't get any success, ask for a different agent.

if you do an add-on package like Romance At Sea- you can pre book Palo.

How so I know if the travel agent really faxed in my room request for the Poly/ I really want the Tahiti building and he said he would do it, but then put the folder aside and from my knowledge of him so far, I do not think he will do it. Is there any way to check eith Disney?

smlev, drop that loser and get another agent. You could always cancel and book everything yourself, which sounds like what you're having to do now anyway. If you decide to do that, just check to be sure your cruise rates haven't changed. As long as it hasn't been too long, you should be fine.
Unfortunately, Disney will only deal with the agent as this point.

My TA is wonderful. I am also doing the land/sea. Got me the room I wanted and is an invaluable source of info. Her name is Vicki and she is at www.mouseearvacations.com . You have to book Palo once you board.
