Reservation for one

I will be going to WDW solo in November (1st weekend). I was wondering if I should make reservations for Chef Mickey, Akersus and Chefs de France.

I know a few people that have gone solo and they have eaten at quite a few of the ts restaurants..........I think that you should go and enjoy yourself wherever you want to go...
I know one of my husbands co workers loved Chef Mickeys and loved going to the Biergarten.

if i am understanding your question correctly, it's "since i am only one person, do i really need an ADR or can i just walk up and be served" the answer is, yes, make reservations!
