Reservation Confusion

I made a reservation for 'Ohana at 7:50 for the 10/1/14 but when it got to the final confirmation screen it glitched out and said there was a problem and to try again - when I tried to grab the reservation again it was gone (I did not receive a confirmation email).

I was able to grab another res for the same night at 9.45pm - this all went fine.

But now both are showing up in MDE? Does this mean I actually have the 7:50 or is it another glitch?

Hmm that is strange tht both are showing up after the glitch with the first one. I would definitely give a call and speak with someone at 1-407-wdw-dine. They will be able to tell you for sure what is going on. I wouldn't touch or cancel anything yet on MDE though just incase the 7:50 ADR isn't really set in stone.
 
That happened to me yesterday with Ohana. It glitched before it was finalized. I called and they said there was nothing they could do, but oddly I picked it up later. I'd do what PP said, call and confirm. Good luck!
