It starts May 30th!!! Yeah!!!

I'm so ready for season 3 to start!

Me too. I missed a lot of the first season but watched all of the second. I feel so bad for that fireman that lost all his money to that woman he liked so much. Oh well, stuff happens.

DH and I love Rescue Me. Thanks for posting the season 3 start date. I've been trying to find that info for awhile and had just given up. I'd heard it was starting this summer, but you can be sure my tivo will be set on May 30th.

I, too, felt bad about Lou being conned out of his money. It was so sad. Has anyone seen "the girl" on Numbers? She left Rescue Me at the end of last season, I guess for good because she's now playing an FBI agent on CBS' Friday night show Numbers. That's a pretty good show, too. I'm nuts, I know, but I can't get enough of shows about firefighters and law enforcement. Rescue Me is one of the best, though.

Love the show, but it is too short being a summer series. Too long between seasons. Does anyone know if Laura is coming back? I see her in NUMB3RS and she left at the end of season 2.

I don't watch that one, but this might help.

You really should try to get the DVD. The finale was very good last year and quite the cliff-hanger!

They've been rerunning all the seasons on Sat nights on FX. I can't wait for it to start again. Its really a great great show.

I absolutely love this show. I think Denis Leary is H-O-T!!!

It has been so long since the season finale that I forget what happened. Can you refresh my memory? Is that the episode that ended with Tommy's dad or uncle (I forget which) at the train station? Are both season 1 and 2 out on DVD? I may need to pick them up to refresh my memory.

Ohhh, DH and I love Rescue Me too!!! AND Nip-Tuck - - got out fill of all back episodes recently on DVD

What's your most memorable / graphic moment on either of these shows?

Rescue Me was when when D Leary was giving that little boy mouth to mouth and the boy's lips stuck to his

Nip-Tuck - when that exceptionally large woman was fused to her couch bec. she sat there for years w/o moving and they were 'removing' her. . .

Oooh, thanks for this piece of info! I only got into Rescue Me midway through last season, so I've been looking to see past episodes. Yay!

Okay, so did anyone watch the season premiere tonight? What did you think? DH and I didn't think it was one of the best epis we'd seen, but it did jump right in where we left off last season. This was a darker epi. Not as funny as some of the others, but I liked it, until the end. Too much. I can't wait for the rest of the season to unfold.

I thought it was really good. Did you notice that Connor was at the breakfast table after the incident with his father. I love Denis Leary because of what he stands for with his firefighting charity. And of course because of being from Massachusetts.

I didn't care for the show as much as I usually do, but the ending sure made up for its slowness!
