Hi - DH and I were supposed to be leaving next week for WDW, but due to some life things, we had to postpone. Now looking at either the two weeks following thanksgiving (appears that the second week after has more room availability + some more ADR options that align with our original plans) or late February/early March. I want to rebook ASAP not only to ensure we are able to book things (or at least have a better chance to) and so I have something to look ahead to as I am a little bummed to have to do this after months of planning!
Would love to hear some of your thoughts as to when to rebook! Thank you in advance!

I think both are good times to go, but personally, I would go for after thanksgiving. I love November/Dec at DW, perfect weather, low crowds, holiday decorations.

I think both times you're looking at would be good. The weather will probably be more consistently good in late Feb/early March; you can get some cold snaps in early Dec. But if you go in Dec. you're going to get all the Christmas decorations/events, which of course you won't get in Feb/March. So I think I'd go after Thanksgiving, especially since it's closer in time to your initial dates.

We chose the first/second week of Dec because Disney Christmas is even more magical, if that's possible. You can check out the decorations at the resorts and even attend MVMCP. I'm sorry you had to postpone, but you'll have a wonderful time!

I'd choose after Thanksgiving. Just know that the Christmas parade special is being recorded for TV in MK on Saturday, December 3, and the following (first full) week of December is Pop Warner.

If we chose to go in December - is there still hope for us to get the three ADRs we had for our now cancelled trip? BOG and California Grill were/are our priorities but know those are hard to come but especially late in the game!
This was planned to be our honeymoon so we had a few special things planned and now feel like I'm winging it! We've already decided we will be back in the next few years to get our food & wine trip in, so it's it best to just make do with what we can get and try for the rest later?
And how much of an impact will Pop Warner play into any December plans?

Question- what does the parade taping do to touring? 12/3 is my last day and I wanted to pop into MK early for a few hours before having to fly out. I'd love to know if I should change my plans.

I don't know. I haven't been there during the taping. But I know Disney Tourist Blog says it's not fun to be there when it's happening.
