Wow, you made a great deal! And to pass ROFR in one week - I can only hope. If you don't mind my asking, when did you purchase?

I made my offer in late Feb. 2009 and it passed ROFR on March 6th, and I closed on March 18th. It seemed that right after that ROFR started taking much longer. Mine was an SSR contract 160 points, they were asking $75 and I offered $68 per point and they accepted. Like I said we split closing costs also. It was not a stripped contract either, it had all of 2009 and 2010 points.
