If you have your main contract and some add-ons to that contract, then it may be sold as one contract. If you own several different contracts, you may have to treat each as a separate sale- since each would have separate closing costs and details. The other problem is in finding a buyer interested in ownership at several resorts. The resale broker can certainly advise you of the best way to handle the transaction. Good luck!

If you have a contract plus an add-on with the same use year etc., do you have to sell them as one contract, or can you divide them into the size packages as you purchased them? i.e. we have an original 230 point contract and an add on of 150 points. I assumed we could sell the 150 point add-on separately later if we chose to, but now I am not sure. <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">
