I am familiar with TTSS and Fidelity. Any others that people have experience with?

I just came across sellmytimesharenow and a few things bothered me.
1. A OKW contract, 50 points - 8.900 - that is more than buying direct.
2. They do not highlight, and often do not have the UY listed.

I'll agree with you there..... she's great!:cloud9:

They get their money primarily from people listing their timeshares. Sales / rentals are gravy to them. Their web site is geared to other than DVC sales/rentals. SellMyTimeshareNOW (SMTN) has many annoyances to the buyer: HIGH deposit requirement (I had to put down $3000 on $19000 sale), MUST take title insurance, MUST use their closing company with HIGH closing costs, MUST pay $195 admin fee, MUST use web site for deposit (no checks) in 24/48 hours or sale withdrawn, buyer MUST pay closing costs unless seller has pre-paid (paying closing costs with everyone else is negotiable), etc.

With all that said, I am currently using them to buy an SSR contract at a blow-out low price. :dance3:

My salesman (agent?) is no longer with them. After he left I was not getting any calls back on my ROFR inquiries. Now, I am calling Timeshare Closing Services (the required company) and I am getting great service. They informed me the date the docs were faxed to Disney for ROFR evaluation, the date an inquiry email was sent to Disney about ROFR, the next date they will inquire again and how. I will deal with them thru closing providing the mouse OKs my contract. :rolleyes1

It seems to me that SMTN does not guide sellers on price, which is shown in your way too high quote and my way too low quote.

I have inquired on 2 different contracts w/ them (sellmytimesharenow) in the last 2 months - asking what the use year was, banked/borrowed, etc.. Case one they replied the contract was already sold, case two they replied the seller no longer wanted to sell.

We bought through SMTN after one contract fell through (sellers decided not to sell after offer accepted and deposit put down) and no others worked on the "big 3/4."
Ended up with the UY we wanted (hard to find), banked points, and a great price. Took longer than it would have with the other companies (I guess), with less feedback from the agents than I would have liked. But I tried to keep on top of everything and now we have BWV, March UY. Staying boardwalk view for F&W. :D
