Resale restriction question

If Disneyland Towers were to sell without resale restrictions and that's a big if, could they theoretically convert Riviera contracts to having non resale restrictions, or has that shipped sailed already.

They could. I believe the wording in the POS allows them to change direction (and change back) at any time.

Yes. They gave themselves lots of options to adjust, remove, add back, and even come up with a payment type situation.

When you buy direct, they have you sign a specific document that ensures you understand it all..in addition to all the other paperwork.

But for the older properties they can never add restrictions right?

I don’t think there’s really any possibility DLT will sell without resale restrictions. Considering the pent up demand, and the fact that the restrictions will deter very few from buying, this will be an opportunity for DVC to further cement in this new policy.
