Resale Question

Hello,

My DH and I got our new "home" the middle of August thru a resale. The only thing we have received from Disney is our Membership cards. Should we be receiving a package of things....i.e., the Welcome package?

We have nothing on our new purchase, no rule books, points books, anything? Would they send this automatically or is this something we need to ask for?

You will receive a packet of information from DVC, but it may take awhile longer. You will get 4 issues of Vacation Magic each year- the quarterly DVC newsletter. The current issue is just being sent out at this time. You may not have been on the mailing list in time to get that issue. Each issue- and past issues- is posted on the DVC Member's website. ( www.dvcmagic.com )

If you haven't already done so, call Member Services and get your member number. You can also make a reservation as long as your deed is recorded and you are in the database.

The Member Guidebook for 2003 is also currently being mailed out to members. I assume you will get one of those also.

Be patient, your information will get to you soon!

Welcome home, Autumngirl!

Our resale closed in April - we received a "welcome home" letter w/our membership cards and a member's guide book from Disney. These arrived in separate packages 3-4 weeks after we closed. We've been getting the VM since the Summer edition.

Hope you get your info soon (it just feeds the addiction you know...)
