Resale price response to Disney price increase

When Disney increases their price for SSR and other resorts, what can be expected of the resale prices? Will Disney (or have they in the past) increase the ROFR threshold?

I think it is really hard to try to handicap ROFR threshholds. Nobody seems to be able to make much sense out of the prices. They just passed a VB contract at $58.42, which is a REALLY low price. But at other resorts you consistently see people paying $2-3 more than where the ROFR line appears to be in an attempt to ensure waiver.

It seems like ROFR, new prices, and Disney's price for add-ons at sold out resorts should move more or less together, because they all influence each other. Any significant difference should undermine the marketability of the new SSR offerings and/or the attractiveness of buying add-ons directly from Disney.
